| About This Lesson |
This lesson focuses on how teachers can analyze the results of tests they make themselves. Specifically, several fairly simple, but powerful, methods of item analysis will be presented. Item analysis provides teachers with information on the effectiveness of their teaching, allows them to improve tests and test items that they wish to use again, and even allows them to adjust student scores in ways that might make scores fairer.
